Our meticulously crafted, five-month Leadership Academy equips your leaders of people with the knowledge, skills, and support to become a confident, effective leader who leads with integrity, kindness and impact.

Leadership Academy At A Glance.

This is a FIVE-month program with a hybrid approach of both leadership skills training and business coaching.
The programme will on average take 2-3hrs per week to complete.

1 - Pre-Session Workbook
2 - Training Session
The Leadership Skills training covers four key modules (Effective Communication, Setting & Managing Expectations, Team Dynamics & Coaching Approach to leadership) these sessions will take place either:
For Open Courses: 4 X half day group sessions, with other business leaders via Zoom.
For In-House Course: 2 X full day group sessions, with peers at your place of work or a pre-agreed off site location.
3 - EQ & Trait Map Assessments
As part of your learning you will complete two self assessments EQ (Emotional Intelligence) & Trait Map (Personality) with personal 1:1 feedback session to aid self reflection of your leadership style.
4 - Business Coaching
To embed the learnings within your own organisation and role you will receive 1:1 business coaching:
1 x 60 minute deep dive workshop
3 x 60 minute coaching sessions
1 x 40 minute reflection / off boarding session
The Coaching element will be 1:1 sessions.
Additional coaching can be added on at an preferential rate.
5 - Workbooks and Application Log
Workbooks will be completed for each module and an Application Log submitted for your overall learning journey to demonstrate application of learning.
6 - Digital Resources
Access to our digital resource library will be provided and can be accessed at any time to support the learning. This will be available for twelve months from onboarding.
7 - Celebration Session
A group celebration session will be held at the end of the five months for all attendees to come back together and celebrate the learning journey.

We 100% commit to you that anyone who delivers any element of this training or coaching is qualified and accredited in their field of practice and has gone through a thorough process to be able to carry out any element of our programs.
Our coaches and trainers are out in the real world, coaching and mentoring people in businesses every day. They are highly knowledgeable and experienced.
This we believe enhances the experience and quality of your training. They are speaking from applied experience and knowledge alongside their formal qualifications.

Our cohorts are limited in size (max 8) to ensure everyone is seen, heard and supported fully during the training.
We run open courses that anyone can sign up to and also bespoke inhouse versions of the Leadership Academy depending on your requirement.

To fully complete the training the following elements will need to be completed:
Attendance of the two day skills training.
EQ & Traitmap assessment and 1:1 feedback session completed.
1:1 Coaching completed in full.
Submission & signed off of Application Log
Upon successful completion of the above you will receive:
A certificate from The Ethical Coaching Company (TECC) to demonstrate skills learnt and application of learning.
Continued access to the resource portal for 12 months after the start date of programme.

A fully qualified and accredited Business Coach, mentor and business tutor, with nearly two decades of experience leading and coaching teams within global organisations. Removing the smoke and mirrors associated with the Business Coaching and Training industry and creating safe, impactful coaching experiences is at the forefront of Kirsty's work - she truly believes in the power of leadership coaching & training and knows first-hand the difference it can make to the success of a business
Tienie; has extensive experience in Global Learning & Organisational Development, with a speciality in Learning Design, Change Management, and Leadership Development.
