Let me share a little bit about how and why we created this wonderful space you find today.

I'm a qualified and accredited business coach, mentor, and business tutor, I built and ran my own successful Business Coaching practice long before creating The Ethical Coaching Company. Which let me see things from the inside - behind the curtain of the business coaching world if you like.

During my time building Kirsty Waite Business Coaching I witnessed a LOT of incredibly poor, unethical and immoral practices in the online coaching space. I witnessed first-hand the negative impact this was having on the industry.

No one was talking about the damage that was being done, there was a huge fear about being transparent about what was really happening behind the scenes. Sleazy, icky and unethical practices sadly became the norm.

The coaching industry is unregulated and felt a lot like operating in the wild west.

I passionately and wholeheartedly believe in the power of coaching. I wanted better from my industry. I wanted people to experience the impact that powerful, transformational coaching can have on their business.

I knew I needed to do something about it and try to make a change where I could.

So my idea for the The Ethical Coaching Company was born.

I reached out to some fellow coaches and found a group of amazing, like-minded people who felt as passionately as I did about the state of the industry and the need for an ethical movement.

Those amazing coaches and I joined forces; they helped me create my vision and turn it into reality. They live and die by our charter just as much as I do.

I’m proud that we have created a space where business owners, leaders and coaches can come and be supported to take inspired action with clear direction and achieve THEIR goals with kind, supportive, high-quality, high-impact coaching, mentoring and leadership training that they can trust.
